The whiskey is made with malted and unmalted Irish barley, maize, and Irish water, and is distilled at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork. Jameson Irish Whiskey is aged in Irish Pale Ale-seasoned barrels, and has notes of vanilla, sweet sherry, and floral, herbal hops.
